The Estate is a corner of paradise located a few minutes from Porto Rotondo, near the beach of Marinella. The Estate is surrounded by lush greenery with typical Sardinian plants and granite rocks. Villa Nuraghe. The 100 sqm villa owes its name to the round shape and its stone cladding. This has a double bedroom with a large wardrobe, chest of drawers, air conditioning and ensuite bathroom. A granite staircase leads to the fully furnished kitchen. A small table offers space for two people. From here you reach the hall with rounded shapes with chestnut beams. It is furnished with a dining table for six people, a comfortable sofa, TV. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and heating. The lounge serves as an entrance on one side and an exit to the terrace on the other. The terrace is built in the middle of some breathtaking rocks. Here a kitchen has been created with stove and wood-burning pizza oven, hot / cold water sink, which gives the possibility to cook under the open sky. The wooden gazebo hosts a round table for 10 people. Next to the gazebo there is a private sun terrace with hot / cold water outdoor shower. On the roof of the Nuraghe there is a panoramic annex (Penthouse). The Villa has its own access to the swimming pool. Manor Villa. This 130 sqm villa is the main villa of the property and is tastefully furnished in Sardinian style and fine finishes. Here you will find 4 beds in two double bedrooms. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. The Villa has two bathrooms and a Jacuzzi in the master bedroom. The large rounded living room is furnished with a built-in sofa, a corner with a sofa in front of the fireplace and a table for eight people. Here is also the home theater with TV, CD, DVD, AUX, and Bose system that controls the music in the pool. This hall has two entrances: one leading to the ancient amphitheater under a centuries-old tree and the other leading to the veranda overlooking the garden. Here is the table for ten people and the relaxation corner. Under this veranda is the cellar with laundry. The large kitchen in light blue oak, with its large table is habitable. The corridor adjacent to the kitchen leads through a passage room in the Rock Villa, which can be rented together with the Manor Villa.
