The historic property, built at the end of the 19th century in renaissance style, is located in Campogialli, in the municipality of Terranewno Bracciolini and stands on a hilly area at the foot of the Pratomagno massif and on the edge of the landscape typical of Val D'Arno , the famous Balze.
The property was perfectly restored, between 1995 and 1997, with great passion and expertise with the complete recovery of all architectural details, friezes, frames, stucco, ornate ceilings, marbles, doors, and windows.
In many rooms there are fireplaces of fine craftsmanship, chandeliers and original appliques of the time, of considerable architectural effect.
The main staircase is in serene stone and the period floors are marble and marble grit.
To crown the construction, a square tower of about 30 square meters with columns closed by a glass structure, not highlighted from the outside, with 360-degree views of the village, the Borro estate, the majesty of Pratomagno and the Chianti. This type of nougat is inspired by the large farmhouses of the Lorenese era.
Surrounded by a spectacular "Italian garden" with box hedges that unfold in harmonious geometric wills to enclose majestic pyramidal badgers and cypresses, Quercus Ilex (lecci) Tillia roped, of great botanical value. Intimate and collected gravel paths, ideal for relaxation and conviviality and the large round bathtub in stone worked softened by the beautiful water lily flowers that float there.
They are also relevant, an adjacent land of about 3,000 square meters partially cultivated with vineyards with the presence of various qualities of fruit trees. Inside this land we find a building used as a warehouse of about 52 square meters with access on foot from the garden of the villa and independent access of vehicles from the street.
